Handoffs cross CRM, chat, billing, and project tools. Your team can't afford to unplug any of them.
Numma connects your tools — Slack, CRM, spreadsheets, and others — and executes tasks across them. You can use it in the browser, via the desktop app, or with the Chrome extension. Instead of manually copying information or checking multiple systems, you describe what you want, review it, and Numma runs it. The point is to reduce the work of moving things between systems.
Each integration you add counts as one app. Examples: Slack, Notion, your CRM, Jira, HubSpot, Airtable, Linear. Numma uses these connections to execute tasks across your stack — for example, turning an email into a Slack thread or updating a CRM record from a spreadsheet. Your plan sets how many apps can stay connected at the same time; you can swap them out whenever you need. On Personal and Pro, that limit applies to your account. On Teams, each user has their own limit (12 simultaneous connections per license).
There's a cap on how many tasks Numma can run per day. It's enough to try the product and use it for lighter workflows, but if you rely on it regularly you'll hit the limit. Pro removes that limit entirely.
You talk to Numma instead of typing — e.g. 'Hey Numma, add this to the spreadsheet.' Same logic as the app, just with voice input. Available on Pro and Teams. Voice mode works in the desktop app; the web version doesn't support it yet.
Execution logs show what Numma ran: when it ran, what it did, and the outcome. Useful for debugging, understanding what happened, and basic traceability. Available on Pro and above.
Teams is for groups of 5+ that need centralized controls over who does what and faster support. If you're solo or a small group, Pro is usually enough.
Yes. Pro has a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. When it ends, you can choose to stay on Pro or switch to the Free plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your account. Upgrades may take effect during the current billing period; downgrades and other plan reductions typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If a downgrade would leave you with more connected apps than the new plan allows, you will need to disconnect the excess apps before the change can fully apply. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. On paid plans, we offer a 30-day satisfaction refund: if you subscribe, use the Platform for up to 30 days from the initial paid charge, and decide it is not right for you, contact us within that period and we will refund the applicable subscription fees for that initial period. After day 30, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation alone does not create a partial refund for unused time remaining in a billing period.
Personal and Pro are individual plans — one license per account. Teams is designed for groups and scales to as many licenses as you need. If you need special or custom configurations, contact us.
