Frequently Asked Questions

What is Numma?

Numma connects your tools — Slack, CRM, spreadsheets, and others — and executes tasks across them. You can use it in the browser or via the desktop app. Instead of manually copying information or checking multiple systems, you describe what you want, review it, and Numma runs it. The point is to reduce the work of moving things between systems.

What counts as a connected app?

Each integration you add counts as one app. Examples: Slack, Notion, your CRM, Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, Linear. Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) counts as one app because it's a single suite. Numma uses these connections to execute tasks across your stack — for example, turning an email into a Slack thread or updating a CRM record from a spreadsheet. The limit is how many apps you can have connected at once; you can swap them out whenever you need.

What does "limited daily execution" mean on the free plan?

There's a cap on how many tasks Numma can run per day. It's enough to try the product and use it for lighter workflows, but if you rely on it regularly you'll hit the limit. Pro removes that limit entirely.

What is Voice mode?

You talk to Numma instead of typing — e.g. 'Hey Numma, add this to the spreadsheet.' Same logic as the app, just with voice input. Pro only. Voice mode works in the desktop app; the web version doesn't support it yet.

What are Execution logs?

Execution logs show what Numma ran: when it ran, what it did, and the outcome. Useful for debugging, understanding what happened, and basic traceability. Available on Pro and above.

When does Teams make sense?

Teams is for groups of 5+ that need centralized controls over who does what and faster support. If you're solo or a small group, Pro is usually enough.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

Yes. Pro has a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. When it ends, you can choose to stay on Pro or switch to the Free plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.

Can I add more users to my plan?

Personal and Pro are individual plans — one license per account. Teams is designed for groups and scales to as many licenses as you need. If you need special or custom configurations, contact us.
